Shipping & Returns
You will have 30 days from the day you receive your items to get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customer is responsible for paying for shipping items back to us for returns.
Order Return Instructions
To return a product, you will need to get a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receiving your filter. We do not accept returns after the 30-day return window. Customer Will be responsible to ship the product back to House of Filters for Refund. When we receive your return, we will issue an electronic refund on your credit card or PayPal account within 1 week of receiving the item back. We do not accept filters that have been opened from their shrink-wrap package or are used or wet. If we see the items returned have been used or wet, we can not refund or exchange. We do not refund shipping charges.

Items are generally shipped the same business day if ordered by 12:00 P.M. (EST). You will also get an email notification when you have placed your order with a receipt of payment for your item(s). When your order has been shipped, you will be notified via the e-mail address you have provided with a tracking number.
