Return Policy

House of Filters accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the original order date for products with a manufacturer defect or for items that remain unused, unopened, undamaged, and in resellable condition.

To begin a return, customers must first contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please note the following return conditions:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase

Used or installed products are not eligible for return

All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

A 15% restocking fee applies to returned filters

Any returned item found to be used, opened, or damaged may be discarded, and no refund or exchange will be issued

Shipping Policy

We aim to process orders promptly and efficiently. Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. EST are generally prepared for shipment on the next business day. Orders submitted after that cutoff time typically ship on the following business day. Processing times exclude weekends, federal holidays, and any delays that may be posted on the website.

Our team works to ensure orders are packaged carefully and shipped as quickly as possible so customers receive their products in a timely manner.

Canada Shipments

Orders shipping to Canada are typically processed on the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on package weight, shipping method, destination, and customs clearance, with most shipments arriving within 5 to 12 business days.

Shipping methods generally include:

USPS for many smaller packages under approximately 3 lbs.

UPS for heavier shipments

Estimated transit times:

UPS: approximately 4 to 5 business days

USPS: approximately 5 to 10 business days

Please note that customs delays are beyond our control and are not included in estimated delivery windows. Canadian shipments may also be subject to import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or similar charges assessed by customs or the carrier. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
